Hair Loss is a major problem for many people around the world. It cuts across...
Whether you're born in the United States, China, Germany or Denmark, we all got approximately 100,000 hairs on our head. Every single hair grows at it's own pace independently of each other. An average human lose about 50 hairs each day by shampooing, brushing or driving a car. As some of us might now, hair loss can be caused by hormones, stress, metabolic disorders and the list goes on. Normally, men starts to see sign of baldness earlier in their lives than women, sometimes even in their mid-teens.
Now, what I found is that some tips and tricks actually made an amazing result for me, so i've listed the useful ones for you. (I've set them in working order as in 1 as the most effective and then down).
1. Avoid excessive mental labor, as well as mental stress, both of which reduce scalp circulation by constricting blood vessels. Meditation, mental visualization and relaxation throughout your normal day.
2. Do positions were you are positioning your head below your body level - Do this several times daily (15 minutes each time)
3. Moderate exercise increases blood circulation in your scalp.
4. Periodic, scientific juice-fasting removes toxic chemicals built up in your body, especially from chemically grown foods, the air, the water and the drugs used, thus producing healthier hair and preventing premature graying (and aging); average adult carries 5-10 lbs., accumulated over a lifetime!
5. Alcohol, tobacco and excessive shampooing. Its all for the worse when considering not only hair loss, but general health.
In conclusion; These tips and tricks will work if you actually do them but the downside is that very few people have the time. Alternatively its possible to go for a hair transplant but the pricing ranges from $5 to $6 per graft, and a normal cure range between 1400-2200 grafts. Now do the math.
Another alternative is hair loss shampoo and pills. Now, I've always been pretty sceptical of any "medical" treatment out there and my simple reason is that there are millions of products out there. Since I wanted to find a "quickie" in the whole baldness cure situation I actually got myself out in the online marketing hell looking for a reliable product, here's my result:
A few sites actually didn't deliver their product, so I will keep them out.
Product 1 - Propecia; At first sight their website looked reliable and promising, but it should soon be one big lie (at least for me). I got the product in hand, and I followed their instructions. For about 4 months the promising feeling in my stomach started to fade out and I stopped the cure. I know they say most men see results after 3 to 12 months of use, and 9 out of 10 men see results, but I will almost guarantee that I was the one out of ten who wouldn't see results.
Product 2 - Provillus; I actually find this website very interesting, they got more information about what it is they sell than any other product out there. I ordered this product a few months ago and already after a few weeks I started to see my problem spots being filled with fine hair. It's not only that it gives you your hair back, it also makes your hair more rich and full. If I at all should recommend trying anything, it would be provillus, an interesting product.
To sum up; If you believe that you can keep doing these tips and tricks, then great, it will help you, but if you are like me who wants to see fast results, I would recommend checking out Provillus, it sure helped me.
